There are few of them available right now, but most of them are just separate armor pieces, or only a Master Chief chestplate and helmet made of foam, or just the helmet only. This one is worthy of mentioning for the one simple reason: it is the complete costume (moreover, it appears to be well made).

The armor is made of 60 gauge plastic, expertly painted and weathered, and has only been worn once. It has been strapped and padded and is completely ready to wear.

Don't be fooled by Cheap Halo costumes, this is one of the nicest fan sculpted halo armor sets in the world, but I'll let the pictures speak for themselves.

The model in the pictures is 6'2", 200 lbs, with a 34 waist and a 34 inseam. It will easily fit anyone a little taller or shorter with no problem.

Now it can be yours. The suit is made from a very hard Urethane Plastic. It isn't one of those cheaply casted vacuum formed costumes. You could probably pound in a nail with your forearm if you wanted to. I'm 6"1' in the pictures, so you can figure out how well it might fit you from that.
